Classes and costs

The fee for the group sessions with both the mother and her birthing companion is € 275.-.

The fee for an individual course is € 525.- per couple.
Private courses can be held in your own home. For this I charge € 0.35 per kilometer travel expenses.

The classes are taught in a series of 4 * 3 hour sessions, or 5 * 2.5 hour sessions.
The enrolment fee includes:

• HypnoBirthing® book (and practice cd)
• Original HypnoBirthing® CD
• All materials and exercises
• Instruction and guidance

To ensure a high leve of quality and personal attention, group classes are limited to 5 couples. Classes are held on Sundays in Amsterdam and on Tuesday evenings in Soest. Every month new classes will be held.

Already familiar with HypnoBirthing from a prior pregnancy? A refresher course costs € 110.-. In 2-3 hours we will address the highlights from the HypnoBirthing course together.

Although it may be tempting to learn HypnoBirthing by just reading the book, there is considerable added value to the course. The interaction during classes, experiencing the exercises yourself, the demonstrations and the powerful images you will be shown, add an extra dimension to the course and your ability to experience the trust in your body and as well as the safe natural birth you are hoping for.
